Private resident spaces are not automatically part of a common-area cleaning plan. Any additional work must be specifically discussed and approved through the facility’s authorized process.

Our goal is to provide consistent cleaning within the approved scope while respecting the routines, instructions, and responsibilities already in place at your facility.

Coordinating Cleaning Around Residents and Staff

Before work begins, we discuss the spaces included, the approved cleaning times, and the person our team should contact when access or conditions change. The cleaning plan should support the facility’s routines rather than assume the same arrangement works in every community.

Seasonal Refreshes and Event Prep

Between regular visits, some facilities may need additional cleaning before big holidays, family gatherings, inspections, open houses, or other scheduled events.

Seasonal work can be scoped separately and may include additional floor attention, vacuuming of carpeted lounge areas, cleaning entry mats, or extra glass cleaning when those tasks are included in the approved quote.

Carpet extraction and mat-exchange services are not assumed to be part of the routine cleaning plan. Entry mats can be cleaned within the agreed scope when appropriate, but providing replacement mats is a separate type of service and should not be implied.

When special events are on the horizon, such as grandparent brunches, anniversary celebrations, or volunteer days, we can discuss additional cleaning for the rooms included in your event plan.
