Who We’re Looking For
We’re hiring dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work. You don’t need years of cleaning experience, just a great attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to show up on time, ready to make a difference.
Our ideal team members are:
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Friendly and respectful in clients’ homes and workplaces
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks (dusting, mopping, vacuuming, etc.)
- Comfortable using cleaning equipment and learning new skills
- Able to pass a background check and have reliable transportation

Current Opportunities
Residential Cleaning Technician
You’ll visit homes across the Toledo area to perform general and deep cleaning tasks, including kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and more. This role is perfect for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and finds satisfaction in making things sparkle.
Commercial & Office Cleaning Technician
Support local businesses by cleaning office spaces, break rooms, restrooms, and other common areas. Depending on client needs, this role may involve early mornings or late afternoons. You’ll work independently or with a partner in quiet, structured settings.
